Refund Policy

 

      In case of any cancellation refund shall be made in the following manner:-


      (1)      May-June: No refund

      (2)      In case of any natural calamity: No refund

      (3)      If the cancellation is made less than 3 days: No refund

      (4)      If the cancellation is made between 7 to 15 days – 50%

      (5)      If the cancellation is made before 15 days – 75%

 

Jurisdiction

 

       In case of any dispute, all disputes shall be decided by Camoli District Court only.

Terms and Condition

 

       (1)      All bookings are subject to first come first get basis.

       (2)      All bookings shall be confirmed only on the realization of 100% advance and telephonic confirmation by the depositor

       (3)      Taxes are not included in the tariff plan and will be charged extra.

       (4)      For group bookings the customer has to contact the hotel front office or the head office only.

       (5)      The customers are required to maintain peace in the hotel premises.

       (6)      All the customers are required to carry identity proof.

 

         NOTE:-  NO ROOM SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ANY CUSTOMER WITHOUT IDENTITY PROFF. THE CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED TO CARRY IDENITY PROOF 

                       WITH THEM AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY POSSESS IDENTIY PROOF BEFORE CHECK – IN.
